1. Acceptance

By using Zayenha Tools (tools.zayenha.com), one of the Zayenha Hub apps, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, please do not use the service.

2. Service

Zayenha Tools is a digital-tools platform that runs entirely in your browser (client-side) — your files are never uploaded to our servers. It includes free tools and paid plans (Pro / Enterprise) with extra features.

3. Account & Subscription

• Your account is unified via Zayenha Hub; you are responsible for keeping your credentials secret.
• Payments and subscriptions are handled through the Zayenha Hub unified checkout (card/points/wallet) and are subject to its billing terms.
• VAT is applied and a compliant tax invoice is issued.

4. Acceptable Use

• Do not use the service for any unlawful purpose or to infringe others' rights.
• Do not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass usage quotas, or gain unauthorized access.
• You are solely responsible for the content you process with the tools.

5. Intellectual Property

All platform rights, design, and code belong to Zayenha Hub. Your files and outputs remain yours.

6. Disclaimer

Tools are provided "as is" without warranties. We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee error-free results. Always verify sensitive outputs before relying on them.

7. Limitation of Liability

Zayenha is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service, to the extent permitted by law.

8. Refunds

Governed by our Refund Policy.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
