Refund Policy

How we handle Zayenha Tools subscription refunds

1. Scope

Applies to paid subscriptions (Pro / Enterprise) on Zayenha Tools. Financial processing is handled by Zayenha Hub (unified checkout).

2. Eligibility

You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if you have not substantially consumed the paid features.
Renewing subscriptions: cancel renewal anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period.
Amounts paid partly with points/wallet are returned to their source (points/balance) on refund.

3. How to Request

From Zayenha Hub → Wallet & Invoices click "Request refund" on the relevant invoice, or email z@zayenha.com.

4. Processing

On approval: the subscription is cancelled, the card amount is refunded via the payment gateway within 5–10 business days, and points/wallet are returned immediately.
A credit note/notification is issued for the transaction.

5. Your Rights (PDPL)

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
