Refund Policy

1. Scope

Applies to all paid plans (Pro monthly/annual · Enterprise · Lifetime · Custom Packages) on Zayenha Tools. Financial processing is handled by Zayenha Hub (unified checkout).

2. Eligibility and Limits

• Monthly subscriptions: The 72-hour guarantee does not apply; see the plan terms shown at Zayenha Hub checkout.
• Annual and lifetime plans: You may request a full refund within 72 hours of purchase, subject to the governing Zayenha Hub policy.
• Hub permits one refund per account per product and asks for a one-line reason without debating it. Repurchase is allowed, but the same product is not guaranteed twice.
• For purchases before 12 August 2026, Hub preserves its earlier promise: seven days within a 14-day request window. Its policy also explains your rights if a technical fault prevents access.

3. How to Request

Open Zayenha Hub purchases and invoices and select “Request refund” beside the transaction while the request window is open. If you cannot access your account, email z@zayenha.com. Tools has no separate refund form.

4. Receiving the Refund

Hub returns the amount to the original payment method through the payment provider; arrival in your bank account usually takes 5–10 business days, depending on the bank. Wallet balance or points return immediately. See the full policy for wallet and other purchase details.

5. Your Rights (PDPL)

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
