1. Who We Are

Zayenha Tools (tools.zayenha.com) is a digital tools platform within Zayenha Hub. File editing tools process selected files in your browser; account, link, and contact features use server endpoints, and some tools contact external providers.

2. Information We Collect

a. Guest Users (Not Registered)

• Hosting may process request data needed to serve and protect pages, even when you browse without an account. Voluntary forms are described in section d below.
• We use a cookie to count tool pages previewed by a guest before registration.
• Usage data is aggregated and fully anonymized (tool type + operation count).

b. Registered Users

• Account data: Full name, email address, encrypted password (PBKDF2 — we never see your password).
• Usage data: Monthly and daily operation counts per tool (no file content or data).
• Subscription data: Plan type, subscription date, aggregated payment history.

c. Your Files and Data

File editing tools process files you select inside your browser without uploading the file content to the Zayenha Tools server. This does not describe account data, forms, short links, or tools that call an external service. For live dictation, your browser provider may process audio; check the tool description before use.

d. Optional Forms (Contact Us, Newsletter, Tool Feedback)

These forms are entirely voluntary — we only receive data if you choose to submit it:

• Contact form (/contact): Your name, email address, and message — kept for 30 days, solely to respond to you. We store a hashed fingerprint of your IP address to prevent abuse, never the raw IP.
• Newsletter subscription (footer of every page): Your email address, and phone number if you enter one. This specific form retains your IP address at signup time (not hashed) as verifiable proof of consent — a common requirement for mailing-list governance. Unsubscribe anytime via the link in every email.
• Tool feedback/suggestions (🚩/💡 buttons on each tool page): The feedback type and text, and your email address if you choose to provide it so we can reply.

3. How We Use Information

• Operating the service and managing accounts and subscriptions.
• Enforcing usage quotas to ensure fair service.
• Improving tools through aggregated, anonymized analytics.
• Sending necessary technical notifications (service changes, security).

We do not use your data for direct marketing or any purpose beyond those stated above.

4. Advertising and Cookies

The platform may display ads from Google AdSense. Google uses cookies to serve relevant ads based on your prior visits. We do not control or share advertising data. You can opt out via Google Ads Settings.

Only when you choose Accept all on the consent banner, we load an X (formerly Twitter) tool that measures our ads on X, which receives browsing data and any ad click ID. It never loads before your consent or in your account and history, and you can withdraw consent from Cookie settings at any time.

Cookies we set ourselves:

• zh_lang: Language preference (Arabic/English) — no expiry.
• zt_token: Authentication token for registered users — 30 days.
• zt_gv: List of tools you viewed as a guest without an account (used to count the free browsing limit) — 30 days.
• zt_ft: Where your first visit came from (the referring site's name, not its full address; the first page you opened; campaign tags if any; the date). It is passed to Zayenha Hub with the sign-up or sign-in link so the Hub knows which channel a registration came from. It holds no personal data — 90 days.

5. Third Parties

• Cloudflare: Site hosting and request processing. Privacy Policy.
• Google Fonts: Interface fonts. Privacy Policy.
• Google AdSense: Advertising (when active). Privacy Policy.
• X (formerly Twitter): Measures our ads, only after Accept all. Privacy Policy.
• jsDelivr CDN: Open-source JavaScript libraries. Collects no personal data.

We do not sell your data to any third party for any purpose.

6. Service Providers

The data needed to provide the service depends on the tool you use. This policy describes data categories, processing purposes, relevant service providers, retention periods, and how to contact us about privacy.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction: Correct any inaccurate data via your account settings.
• Deletion: Request permanent deletion of your account and all data.
• Objection: Object to processing your data for specific purposes.
• Portability: Request your data in a portable format.

8. Children's Privacy

Our service is not directed to children under 13. If we learn that a child under 13 has submitted data, we will delete it immediately. If you are a parent and believe your child has provided data, please contact us.

9. Data Retention

• Account data: Retained while the account is active; deleted within 30 days of a deletion request.
• Aggregated usage logs: Retained up to 12 months for analysis, then erased.
• Contact form messages: 30 days.
• Newsletter subscription: Until you unsubscribe.
• Cookies: See durations listed in Section 4.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy periodically. For material changes, we will notify registered users via email or an in-platform notice. The date of last update is shown at the top of this page.
